			<description><![CDATA[ These are sweet corn muffins sort of like the ones served at the King &amp; Prince (The Blue Dolphin) on Saint Simons Island.  They are served as an appetizer
at the restaurant.

1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
<br>
1 egg
<br>
1 small flat can of crushed pineapple (juice &amp; all)
<br>
2 T. oil
<br>
<br>
Mix well. Use about 1/4 cup mixture in each muffin cup.

Bake at 400 degrees on a middle rack for 20 minutes.

			<description><![CDATA[ 1box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe strawberry supreme cake mix

water, vegetable oil, and eggs

Mix according to directions on the box.  I bake mine in a 13X9 inch pan--- easier than layers.  When cool, top with Betty Crocker Whipped strawberry mist
frosting.  Sprinkle red sugar on the top.  (Don&#39;t skip this step-- it adds greatly to the yumminess of this cake!)  Store in the fridge.  Cut in squares to
serve.

1 and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 pkg. dry ranch dressing/season mix

A large jar or canister with lid-- to mix and store the crackers.I use a Rubbermaid 1 gallon canister.
