Franklin was a coach. He was not an ap he was an assistant to an ap. Or an AA as I think they call them. True, Lull was superintendant, but Hobbs was the one who "highly" recommended him when he, Hobbs,  went to the Board office as maintenance director or whatever his moniker was at the board office. Franklin served as interim and then given the job. The point being that Hobbs, yet again, had his hand in the decision of principal and yes, from the Loganville side of town. Hobbs becoming superintendant was a coupe on his part. A well thought out and calculated plan to rest control of the board and oust then superintendant Lull.
